All Event In Pakistan

Pakistani culture is enriched with Islamic and local events. Any event in Pakistan whether Islamic or local is celebrated with full zeal and zest. As Pakistanis know how to stay happy even in difficult times.

Because Pakistan is an Islamic state, so there are numerous Islamic annual events celebrated in the country.

Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha are two main events of the whole Islamic world in a year. Pakistanis celebrate these events with local taste and Islamic traditions.

Events of a country tell the history of a specific culture. It denotes a specific country and tells the religious history if it is some religious event.

People from other religions and cultures often show more importance in knowing about these events.

Islamic Event In Pakistan

Islamic events are celebrated with the date of the moon. Ramadan starts with the new moon of the Holy month Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr which is a really important event in Pakistan is celebrated at the end of the Holy month Ramadan with the then-new moon of new Islamic month Shawwal.

Every Muslim country has its mechanism of sighting the moon to celebrate events, so Pakistan has also an established platform that sights the moon, and Pakistan celebrates Islamic events.

There are various famous Islamic events in the whole lunar month but the two most prominent ones are Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha.

Eid-ul-Fitr

Pakistanis and the whole Islamic community around the globe celebrate this blessed day at the end of the sacred month of Ramadan with full Islamic enthusiasm and brotherhood.

The main purpose of this God gifted day is to celebrate the blessings of the Holy month of Ramadan and we should thankful to our GOD to have this month.

Sadka e Fitr which is a sort of donation given by Muslims before the start of the Eid Prayer is a symbol of including poor people in happy moments and Islamic teaches us not to forget needy people in these happiest moments of the year.  

Eid-ul-Azha

This is also the second most prominent event in all events of Pakistan in a year celebrated on the 10th of Islamic month Zil-hajj. This day is commemorated in the memory of the sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S).

HE was ready to sacrifice his beloved son Ismail (A.S) in the path of Allah which HE saw in the HIS dream and GOD accepted HIS unmatchable sacrifice and Muslims all over the world celebrate this day by sacrificing their animals in the name of Allah.

This symbolic sacrifice gives us the lesson to sacrifice our wishes and help the poor in the name of Allah because all Muslims are brothers whether he is Arabic or non-Arabic or Black or White.

National Events

All event in Pakistan are important but 14th August has special importance. 14th  August is Pakistan’s Independence Day and it commemorates our elders’ infinite struggle for getting our homeland. 6th September 1965 is the defense day of Pakistan.

India attacked Pakistan on this day but Pakistan successfully defended its territories and created a history. 23rd March is considered to be the National Day of Pakistan because 23rd March 1940 was the day behind the idea of making of Pakistan.

Local Events

Pakistan is quite a diverse country and consists of different provinces having different spoken languages and different cultures.

So, there are various local events in Pakistan too that are celebrated throughout the year in Pakistan.
